"My interest in Home Inspection started shortly after buying a home. The home inspector that I hired spent 1 hour walking thru my house. He then handed me a confusing, incomplete report and asked for $375. After moving into my new home, I found out that his report had failed to mention several different safety issues that I wish I had been aware of prior to closing. I knew that I could do a better job and felt that there was a need in the industry for inspectors that were not beholden to the real estate agent.

My major concern is that my clients, the buyer, be made fully aware of the actual cost of the house they are looking to buy."
